Hello San Sierra Owners,

The remodel of the spa building has passed by a vote of 20 “yes” votes, 5 “no” votes, and 2 “quorum” votes. The association CC&Rs require 51% (16 units) for measures to be approved by the ownership.

As a result, the first installment of the special assessment schedule will be due April 1, 2016. Please click this link to view the Notice of Special Assessment.
